60 FPS Mode Coming to PS5, Xbox Series X, & PC. As mentioned by Lance Mcdonald, this patch will make the game run at 60 FPS while downgrading the resolution to 720p.
Copy the game to the modded PS4 or PS4 Pro. Patch it to update version 1.09 (e.g from OrbisPatches) Download the 60 FPS patch tool from here.
